just type "part-p" , "16th edition", "17th edition" and "course" in google...
you will find plenty of info on it...
thing is you need expieriance, maybe an apprenticeship or somthing.
no real point having the qualification without it.

myself i`d love to learn more about electrics and my local colloege do the part-p course (£300 for 4 days then exam) spread over 1 month..
but i see no real point as theres no apprenticeships going in my area and i dont have the expieriance..

from my research what i have mostly seen is companys all to eager to take your hard earned cash and put you on a 1week course or whatever, then send you on your way with a qualification and no expieriance to back it up....
