Anyone else having trouble with the PC web site?

It seems to have undergone a revamp, and is currently marginally less effective than the DIYnot search feature.

Now why is a non CORGI registered person so concerned about a boiler spares supplier?

Because I want to order (a) a gas boiler part and (b) an oil boiler part and (c) a pressure gauge.

But why is this any of your business?

Why not just go round to your local branch trade counter like most other people do? Or better still telephone them first?

Tony

Thank you very much for your concern, which is doubtless insincere; if you prefer to drive to your local HRP at 7:30am because you think that it's better than using your computer at 12:50am, then I suggest you do just that.

If you're at all interested in answering my original question Agile, then I would expect it would take you far less time to visit the site than it has done to make your two absolutely useless posts on this topic.

In the meantime, I'd be interested to hear if anyone else who uses the Parts Center web site instead of, or as well as, their car/van is having any difficulty in accessing the site.

Have been getting auto redirected to wolsey site since middle of the day sometime. Looks like they got a new web guy in?

Thanks Chris - that's exactly what I'm seeing too. Ho hum.

Those kind of reasons are why I prefer to telephone and visit the Branch in person.

Since I need the parts in my hands the same day the internet is prettty useless to me and I find many of the sites dont work properly or are misleading.

I did order from a site last week and it accepted the order and advised " stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours." It did not tell me if it was a stock item or not. I emailed and was told they were NOT in stock and had been ordered and would be there in seven days. 10 days later and they still have not been delivered!
