Parts for a shower

Hi all, really basic question. I'm about to order a shower valve and shower head. I've already got a supply to fit to the valve. Does anyone know what other pipes, fixings etc. I need to order? Not sure what fixings typically come with these. If it's any help i'm ordering these:

A fixing plate for the shower valve would be ideal.
You need a 15mm wall plate elbow for the shower head.
In my experience they weigh a ton so a good fixing is required onto the wall.
Have a look on the screwfix website to source.

Good stuff, thanks. Presumably a hose/pipe from valve to shoer head is needed (concealed)? What diameter would it need to be?

15mm copper is best as it adds rigidity to the unit.
