Hi I have had a small leak in my bathroomwich found its way through to my living room ceiling. The ceiling is water marked and will need painting but what worries me is that a small section of artex seems to have bubled and looks a bit dry. I have been told that a watered down solution of PVA sprayed on the area will form a key for repainting but will it bond the artex back to the plaster board?? Any suggestions would be graetly received.
