I'm trying to pave my concrete driveway using a combination of bricks and slabs, whats the best way to prepare the surface? Been told that as its already rigid I've got to use (cement / sand) mortar as the base before laying the bricks and slabs. Does this sound right, anything else to do and where can I get some more info?
