Ok this is the score, Im a qualified Electrician pay is releated to the JIB website, my company grade me as a technician (working in London) due to my various skills (not big headed, just stating facts).
Im currently paid to the 2005 rates, I know these go up in Janurary - for the technician I think its about £15 an hour, im not sure I will get this much as its a small compay etc however I only get paid for 8 hours a day and travel in my own time, so Im basically out of the house for on average 12 hours. I do get a company car but if Im paid against the 2005 pay rates what should I ask for - cost of living goes up we must earn more.
