Epdm, i have never used it, but have been on roofs where the blisters would measure in the m ² and deep enough to comfortably lie on.

Considering this stuff is supposed to be diy friendly what causes it to blister like that? obviously poor prep and or installation ...but for failure like that!!

Damp boards? lack of adhesive? not rolled down, or does it get stretched as it is layed?

Will someone please explain exactly how you think that happened? Insufficient adhesive? Damp boards? I'm planning on doing one myself this year :rolleyes:

I would be interested too. Just done my 1st one 35msq and it was easy.

I did get a few small bubbled patches in areas that I used contact adhesive at the edges so maybe they used that for the whole thing?
