If the rest of the NHS is mismanaged and staffed with shirkers like the small hospital Mrs Mottie works at, it’s no wonder they are in trouble. You would not believe the amount of pìss taking and incompetence that takes place - it just wouldn’t happen in the private sector. I’m talking purely about clerical staff. I don’t think the doctors and consultants are like that - well, I hope not!
