Hi,

I thought this will be easier but apparently there are multiple ways of doing this so I need some advise...

I've got 15mm pipe on outer wall of my building and would like to connect a garden hose to it permanently.

I'm considering having a regular garden hose like this on:

I was thinking of using bib tap to connect the garden hose but I'm afraid it will leak or the hose will start sliding off the connector:

What other, proven ways do you recommend to do it?

Also, what valve can I use on the other end of the hose so it does not leak?

All the products that you need come up at the bottom of the second link.
Use the screw type quick release connector ( Shown inthe link bottom left as the Threaded Tap connector) and a water stop quick release connector, with the tap you have chosen.

If you want to leave this permanaently connected, use an isolating valve back inside the house, so you can switch it off in winter, so it won't freeze up.
