Permanent outside drain for heating circuit?

I have got a decent quality brass 1/4 turn valve incorporated in the CH circuit to make draining the heating easier next time we need to do work.

I was thinking of putting a length of 15mm on the end, drilling straight through the wall and having the pipe finish outside in the garden.

Is it okay to do this?
