hi guys...where is the air flow meter or the ecu situated on a 1996 model..also lacks power and doesn't go over 3000 revs in any gear thanx for any responses..

The air flow meter will be just immediately upstream from the air filter.
The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system could be playing a part in this...
