my peugeot tells me that it is -8 degrees which it is not, it also says that the brakes are failing and the red stop sign will not stop flashing the steering has also become extremely heavy and the speedometer does not work anyone any idea what is wrong?

The worrying bit is the heavy steering, does it come and go (ie when you're turning a corner it suddely goes heavy) or is it like it all the time?
