Once upon a day, kids in t'fields would gather round yon watering hole where t'cow's would hang out and chew the cud, gathering mud pies mixed with cow ****...battle would commence as soon as one side was able to bring enough ammo to bear. A full on smack in the chops with one of those evil bombs soon taught you to keep the sun at your back.:cautious:
 
I have a feeling that Morrisons is mislabelling that particular cut. Sainsburys also show the same cut labelled as skirt. But I have a feeling it is actually bavette. I said above that it gets very confusing in that particular area on the underside of the cow. You have bavette, flank and skirt steaks all close together and they often seem to get confused by butchers.

The one which looks like this in the Morrisons package is inside skirt. Outside skirt (bottom photo) is quite a lot narrower and thicker with a lot more marbling:
