someone took the earth screw out!!!!.. wedges between the cover and the frame..

I think I know which well-known convenience store this is. The colour of the sign is a giveaway, and this company had ALL of their shops PIR'd earlier this year.I removed the cover while carrying out a PIR

By the way Rob, why didnt you tell me you PIR'd our shop?
Ive seen a few column bases like that too with the SWA just lashed in and no means of isolation.
