wouldn't it comply if you fit an isolating transformer for it in the loft?

One would think this would make sense but the unit would still not comply with BS EN 61558-2-5 and it does not say shaver socket supplied from a 20 - 50VA isolating transformer with integral switch to switch off supply when there is no plug in socket etc. BS7671 says it must comply with BS EN 61558-2-5 and from what I am told (Never spent out £50 for regulation) it has to have to BS EN 61558-2-5 printed on it to comply.wouldn't it comply if you fit an isolating transformer for it in the loft?
