Pimples under new wallpaper

I'm pretty sure the answer to this question is; 'nothing', but you never know.

Yesterday I papered a brand new wall in our house, I was really pleased with it until I turned on the lamp and you can see quite a few small pimples under the paper. It is glossy paper which shows them up a bit more.

Apart from taking it all down again, is there anything I can do?

Depends what the pimple are made of ? You may be able to run a hard seam roller over them, but suspect that it may be due to not rubbing the wall down sufficiently first.

It will be blobs of paint I think.
