My plasterer had to repair a blown area, and used pink SBR before the bonding layer and then again before the final skim.
There is what looks like pink stains on the skim surface, just the odd square cm or two in just 4 or 5 places, seemingly having leached through a relatively thin skim in those few areas.
My decorator is not familiar with SBR, and was thinking of sealing those stains before lining and painting. He's got a pot of Zinsser on standby.
Any thoughts?
