Hi. Could anyone identify the brand of the this pushfit pipe as I need to buy a connector to repair it. The Mrs drilled a hole through the wall when putting a mirror up yesterday. The pipe is from the central heating system.
Thank you

JG Speedfit is a leading brand for plastic piping and connectors. To see the others, go to:

and paste in:

"what brands of plastic piping pushfit connectors are there in the uk?"

Hi. It looks like behind the 2 plastic pipes there's a thin strip of something. I presume to protect the pipes from the brick behind. The house is a new build, we only got it 2 weeks ago if that helps.
Thanks

I don't think you need to know the brand of pipe, just its diameter. A plastic pipe is a plastic pipe.

If its newbuild that's aluminium tape behind pipes.
It's so you can locate them! Plus pipes should be in a correct zone.
Yes you ideally need to know make of tube to get correct inserts.
If its newbuild site go see plumbers and hand over some cash lol
With the red writing its probably polypipe favourite on newbuild.
