I think i just come up with an idea
I have some boxwork near the floor and have a cupboard
i could come out of the bath pane through the box work and up the side off the cupboard (box in after to tidy up) and go up and across at near ceilin level box and tile
And come down with the external pipe
i know that wont look as good as an all in method
