Leaking toilet Flex soil pipe

Hi Guys
I have just installed a new toilet from Victoria Plumb, & due to awkward fitting had to use a Flexi outlet pipe. I cant stop the flex leaking at the pan (it is not as uniform a shape as maybe should be) would it be OK to try silicone around the rubber seal or not?

Not if you can possibly avoid it - it'll come back to haunt.
Have a look at the McAlpine plumbing range.....there's probably something there to help.

If it's leaking now, it will need to be fixed properly. Any type of bodge will not last. The last thing you want is to try and repair a leaking pan connector in the future leaking sewage.
