May be being dumb here but are there any issues in burring copper pipes in the wall. The actual project is fitting a towel radiator and rather than run the pipe up through the (what will be a tiled) floor I want to channel the wall so they're concealed.

The pipe will then be covered with bonding plaster and the wall tiled leaving the protruding pipes ready to connect to the towel radiator. Using a pipe bender so no joints in the wall.

Any issues with the pipe going hot and cold constantly?

You need to cover the pipes in say thin insulation which will absorb expansion and protect the pipe from chemical corrosion from the plaster.
