Pipework Near Cabling

Is there a restriction on how close a water pipe can run near a junction box? I need to install some waste pipe (solvent weld) but it needs to run close to an existing junction box.

Is the pipework going to leak?

It'll all be solvent weld waste so no reason it should. Tempted to change out the JB for one of MK's Ip56 ones anyway. Is this worthwhile?

It shouldn't really be necessary to use a weatherproof box, as the pipework would not be expected to leak under normal circumstances.
