To all you of greater knowledge, please clarify. On a PIR cert, when filling in main fuse details, do I assume the label on the fuse holder( if there is a label) is correct? Or, for example, could a 1361 have been put in a 88 holder? Will a 100A fuse fit in a 60A holder? All the carriers look identical to me, but are they?
I am still new to all this domestic PIR mind-boggling mumbo-jumbo, and wanna get it totally correct. And please dont say cut the seal to be doubly certain. Is it acceptable to put "unknown" in the main fuse box on the cert.
If all the different carriers/ fuses are inter-changeable, what is the "acceptable" method of dealing with this?
TIA TS.

Yes, put unknown if it is not clear.

But in my experience, if the holder says BS1361 100A Type IIb, it is.
