I'm shopping for PIR's for a Premier 48 panel (with RKP's ,etc.) It's for an upgrade for a Veritas 8 and Reflex units.

It'll all be EOL wiring. I was looking at the AMDT units, but then wondered whether AM was actually worth it in a domestic premises? Although wiring for T-EOL with a Premier is a doddle. But then again some of the other detectors will have to have resistors fitted - so why not do them all - i.e. not use AM but regular DT PIR's.

Any suggestions? These would be for all ground floor rooms\hallways and some of upstairs, plus garage etc.

Cheers

stick with the AMDT sensors, bloody good and reliable sensors, and as you say they will wire loverly into your new panel.

we use em all the time

as well as the IWISE from rockonet, now they are brilliant
