Does anyone have tips for making louvre window shutters with pivoting slats suitable for use outside? The finished size will be about 1.5m high x 0.4m wide. I envisage that all metal fittings would need to be brass and that red cedar would be a suitable wood, but not sure what dimensions of slats should be.
