Plasma Ceiling Mount

Anyone had any experience with mounting a big plasma TV on a ceiling bracket? The TV we're looking at is around 42" and i've seen some ceiling mounts that have 4 bolts that attach to the ceiling (I presume to the joists).

How easy are they to break, and would it bring the ceiling down if someone pushed against the TV?

Any tips on mounting plasma TV using ceiling brackets appreciated.

Ideally fix a steel plate across two joists and then bolt tv mount to that, how safe it is depends on how long the pole is and how much leverage is involved, you can use a pivoted bracket which would allow the screen to swing if fallen against.
