Hello all,

Hoping you can help.
Some of the walls I'm plastering have small gaps between the door frame and the adjacent wall (of the order 2" wide).

I have a small trowel, but it is still about 3" wide, so in some cases has been insufficient. I've muddled along with this small trowel angled as best I can and used a filling knife to smoothe the rest!

Do anyone make trowels small enough or is there a better approach?

TIA

if you are unable to remove the facings theres trowels for all occassions here.

50mm gaps i would be tempted to remove the facings though.

Has anyone tried these or anything similar?

The margin trowels are very handy and easier to use. However, they are not usually s/s, so it is a good idea to keep them in an oily rag or clean and oil/spray with wd40 after use, because you use them only ocasionally.

You might want to rub them on an oilsstone or wet brick before use, just to give them a nicer edge.
