Right ive had my landing plastered about a week ago and around the door frames the plaster is wavey. . .

can i use multi-finish plaster straight on to bare dry plaster or will i need to pva the area that needs to be leveled?

thanks.

PVA the area and "let it dry" to kill any suction.
When dry, PVA the area again, then plaster onto the area while the PVA is still wet/tacky.
NEVER PLASTER ONTO DRY PVA.

Forgot to say,,; why not get the "plasterer" who did your job, to come back and do it properly, you should not touch it really.
