plastering over teflon paint?

i am looking at getting the walls re-skimed but i painted the wals with teflon paint for ease of cleaning. my question is do i have to remove the paint before plastering or will the plaster take to the paint?????

You could sparrowpick it, ie pick it with a tacking hammer or claw of hammer or axe , clean and bonding agent.

(You could also dry dragging the claw of the hammer under pressure across it to give a key.

A grinder scoring the wall would give you a key, but create a lot of dust.)

Give it a tight scratch coat, then after it has set for a few day , test and then float with tight coat of bonding and set.
