PLASTERING OVER TILES?

Can you tell me why the window cill reveal apears higher now ? look at the frame, there doesnt seem as much visable.
Looks as if maybe someone has boarded it ? You sure that isnt what was done to the walls also ?
Maybe its a trick of the light.

the window cill is tiled hence the difference in height.
all pls don't get me wrong i agree it's not the technical solution ie best way but it does work and depending upon the circumstances its a cost effective durable solution.
i would not support multiple goes either - it's a 1 off potential option. i am afraid i also tile over tiles now again as well (again no multiples - the window reveal determines this in any case).
in terms of doing my own house. well it is my own and i did plaster it myself.
i've no problem with this (in fact personally i am very happy for everyone else in the trade to continue in this manner particularly in the North West).
