Hi all

This is for all you pro plaster'ers

I got a 3-bed semi that needs plastering fully, top to bottom inc ceilings. Now I've boarded all the ceilings up, and was thinking about plasterboardign the walls (dot and dab i think its called)

What are your opinions on this, or shall I stick to bonding / browning / sand&cement mix?????

Really could do with some help, boarding will save me money as I can do it myself rather then paying someone to apply base like bonding

Also what are the prices per meter sqaure for the above for materials?

Dot and dab, traditional way will cost you a bomb and more time consuming, hence more labour costs.
Dot and dab boarding will have to be bang on flush edges ie: no big ridges etc, are you skimming it all yourself? or getting a plasterer to skim over your boarding?
Prices vary, I personally charge a day rate, Get a few quotes the cheapest isnt always the best. ;)

cheers
