The wiring is of course legal, although it is frowned upon and would only use this in certain situations.
It either complies with the regulations, or it does not. There is no other option.
What is shown in the picture does not comply.

Instead of creating a new radial circuit for the 3 sockets, I decided to keep them on the ring main and because the cables are buried under concrete in the ground I didn't really think that would be appropriate to tear up the whole house.
The problem isn't the type of circuit, it's where the cables are located.
