I've recently had a quote for having my entire house rendered and a tyrolean top coat applied.
BUT, since then the missus and I have decided we want a flat sand and cement finish.
So the question is, will this affect the price in any way, what should I expect - should it be more or less expensive?

I don't want to be ripped off if I can help it.

Cheers

tyroleaning is a pig to do and VERY messy. the spreads will have a fairly good surface before they add the tyrolean though less attention will have been paid to getting a perfect finish.

cullamix which is used in the tyrolean application is quite expensive too, so i would imagine a price reduction is inevitable.
