Which is the best plastic pipe for the heating system to supply the radiators

Barrier pipe is indeed what you want - all manufacturers do their own version and one seems as good as another.
I've had excellent results with this stuff and the only moan is that the coils have a mind of their own....straight lengths are available but don't put any joins where they aren't accessible - in fact avoid any joins where you can.

Ditto above. Only use the reel if it's out of sight (loft, etc) and use the clips which lock, else it'll smack you in the gob as you move it around. Don't ask me how I know...
