Plastic skirting from Eurocell

Hello,

I’m installing this white plastic skirting from Eurocell in a bathroom.

Do you guys cut the bottom rubber seal and fit it flash with the floor or you keep it as it is. It is installed in a bathroom.

I've never used it but I'd imagine that, even in bathrooms, its installed with the seal - call the Mfr's for more info.
