Plastic smaller bore soil pipe

Part H still allows for 3" Soil Pipework, I think the only advisory is it shouldn't be used if there is a likelihood of sanitary products being disposed of down the WC as (unsurprisingly) there is an increased risk of blockages. Never seen it used in practice though.

It’s the horizontal bit that worries me.

Was all done to specification and very detailed drawings.
The CLASP buildings were steel framed with cladding normally hanging tiles
All internal walls were paramount deep joy to fix too.
All drainage was key terrain top of range at time.

Paramount walls in this place too. I’ve dabbed new boards over them which has made burying new pipes easy and beefed the walls up a bit.
I remember key terrain, decent guttering brand at the time. Long gone now I guess, along with Bartol (?), rymway …

Terrain now owned by Polypipe I think.

Bartol was sold to the Hepworth iron company it became Hepworth (hep) later taken over by Wavin.
Terrain was bought out by Polypipe but the Terrain range is now totally discontinued.
