Can you use Plasticiser for mortar i concrete. (short and sweet).

You wouldn't want to and shouldn't do

if the concrete has any kind of structural application then no. there are highly specialist flow additives but these are not the same as your regular mortar plasticiser.

Just to make it better to smooth out and to use a bit less water, but not going to use it now.
