Please advise - booster switch and normal heater switch

Random question...andsorry for my ignorance!

We have Economy 7 in our flat and I could do with some advice in relation to the switches for the boiler...which one is the normal water heated switch and which one is the booster switch?

The top switch is related to the top part of the boiler, when you switch this on the red light lights up.

The switch below it is connected to the lower part of the boiler and is simply turns on and off, no light.

Unfortunately they are not labelled and don't want to run the risk of running up a sky-high bill!

I'd really appreciate the advice!! Many thanks...

the bottom one is economy 7

the top one is in case you run out of water in the day and is charged at standard rate
