Please help me choose radiators

I'm doing up my house and wasn't sure about which radiators to choose. My plumber is recommended me to use steel panel radiators one of this brand: kermi, purmo or stelrad.
Are this brans known in your country ?
Is this radiators good enough ?
Could you please let me know which radiators is the best in your country ?
