Please help What's this box? Part of alarm?

Hi everyone

Can someone help work out what's this box!
It keeps beeping all the time, it's located above front door to my apartment

I got Scantronic 9930 alarm fitted, is this part of the alarm?
Can I open this?

I'll appreciate any tips

Its an internal sounder with strobe. You can find details about it by clicking here. and the instructions are here. Unfortunately I have never used this particular product, so can't help with the "beeping" I'm afraid.

They have used that as your bell box
Possible fault Sab battery in that unit
If installed correctly is should have a tamper circuit to protect it from being tampered with
The sab battery can be replaced
