Hi, just wondering if anyone may know what i am talking about here. On my bath, the water pressure of the hot water tap is very low. I think this is due to the pipe like thing below the tap itself which is connected to the tap. The thing which kind of looks like a shower head pipe. Sorry, its hard to explain but if anybody knows what i mean please tell me what its properly called.

Or..

If someone can tell me the instructions what to do in order to shorten the pipe so that the water can enter efficiently again. Thank you.

Flexible tap connector.

and no you can't shorten it, but you could shortn the pipe.

What difference are you hoping to make.

Is it kinked? If so it will impede the flow, and it'll leak fairly soon. You can buy them with different size holes down the middle - chances are yours is a cheapie with about 6mm...

had this problem myself , replaced it with short piece of plastic pipe and two push on connectors , no mess or experience needed and also plastic pipe is cheap to mess u pand try again. This did make a difference as kink in pipe restricts water flow.
