ive noticed like steam coming out of the boiler flue tonight when it has been heating up and then goes when it switches off is this what you call pluming is it because its so cold thanks

yep - go outside and pour a boiled kettle of water on the ground - full steam ahead!!!!!!!!!!!!! choo chooo!

....warm air meets cold air its absolulety fine, for this time of year :?
 
When I was a teenager I borrowed my dad's car to take girlfriend home, when I got back step mother seemed to know by intuition we had had a session in the back. Breath on the windows by all account.
