Pointers as to why a single room UFH is not working - not an actuator

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help.

I have a 2 story house with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs - installed for 10 years.

Recently one of the rooms downstairs was not heating up. Removing the actuator made no difference. This lasted approximately a month then all of a sudden it started working but the next room now is not heating up - again not the actuator. All other rooms are heating as normal.

Could anyone offer an explanation?

Thanks - I had kinnda thought that was the case. Beyond my skills I'm afraid - I'll need to call a plumber.
