After some great advice on here a few months ago, I have finally laid a mowing strip around a roughly circular lawn. There are (obviously) gaps between the blocks of various sizes from zero up to about 15mm or so. Presumably these should be pointed with mortar. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether a pointing gun would be worth using on this? Or some other method entirely? I don't really want to spend the rest of the year trying to poke mortar from a trowel in between gaps, and probably make a mess of it.
Thanks!

why on Earth didn't you do it as you went?

You will make a mess with the gun, so take your time and point it up with a trowel and with a wettish mix, wiping the blocks as you go with a thirsty sponge to clean up.

Thanks, especially the tip about the sponge which I hadn't heard before.

A wet mix is good advice as a dry mix into small 6mm or less gaps just doesn;t work. You can always use a drop of mortar acid if they get a bit smeared.
