I like the format size, the durability, quality , and look. the intensioni s have something that will look classic and won't look out of date in 10 years time as it seems that finished are not changed for fashion and with the cost I would prefer something that would look good in 10 years time. With regards to sealing and laying, that is not a problem as the tiles are quality and don't need sealing and the tiler can lay 9square meters in 3/4 hours with this format size without a problem.

I kinda now what you mean but you never know if they are not gonna look outdated in 10 years time.
