Our utility room has a polycarbonate roof on it. It's a small extension on the side of the house built up to the boundary. So the brick acts as the fence/boundary Single skin brick, foam backed plasterboard and polycarbonate roof structure. It was already built when we moved in. I've noticed in winter and when it's bad rain and when I hose the roof down and clean it that condensation forms in between the sheets. Is this normal? It doesn't look as tho water is getting in it definitely looks like condensation to me. If its not normal is it an easy fix?
