Yes, i did this myself recently because ours was leaking - assuming the Bath isn't a special one, get to your local plumbing shop and buy a plug hole with overflow for your bath (basin is smaller) I used this one: http://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-bath-waste-overflow-16-/1236P . Then get under the bath, unscrew the trap nut (then empty any water carefully) and unscrew the plug hole and remove. Then pop the new one in with its seal on top of the bath, reattach the trap, and do the same process for the overflow end.
