pop ups

for a few months ive been getting the same annoying pop ups, its always the same ones. vodafone and laser eye surgery are the main 2.
how do i stop them?
ive got spybot, malwarebytes, ccleaner and avast free installed and do regular clean ups but they still persist.

If you are on windows xp (possibly others as well) click on start - control panel- network & internet connections, then click on the privacy shoulder heading. Check that the pop up blocker is ticked & to block specific sites either click on site box or settings & type in the web addresses of specific sites you want to block.
