I am in the process of flooring the loft in the house we had moved in a couple of months ago.
I've noticed the previous owner has seemed to have put the insulation rolls right up to the end of the eaves where I can't see any daylight. Is it always the case that you should see some light?
I am concerned about the ventilation although after going up there quite a few times now I haven't seen any dampness or condensation.
That being said, I can see at least one decent sized airbrick with daylight coming from there. Would one of these be enough to cater for the loft of an average 3 bed semi or should I look forward to the experience of lying on my belly to try and pull back some of the insulation?
Thanks and hope you can help.
