my potterson boiler fault. when you run hot water it gets hot asnormal,but when u turn of the water pipes rattle and gurgle as if air trapped ,sometimes the boiler then locks out , its a potterson combi 80, hope fully somebody can help .thanks

Remove two screws to take off front panel....look on pcb....red light is probably staying on when you turn off the hot tap. If so new flowswitch assembly required.

when the flowswitch assy arrives you are going to test whether it is required ?

or you have tested, found the flowswitch to be suspect & will attempt to replace it ?

for what its costing i will just replace and go from there. after read ing potterson fault finder in manual it also says problem switch .cheers.
